Alice Naville

Certified & Accredited Yoga Teacher

Yoga has been a part of my life for many years, and what drives me is sharing it with you, just as you are. Each person is unique, which is why my classes adapt to your needs in the moment—whether you’re a beginner or already well along in your practice.

My approach is gentle, attentive, and non-judgmental. I guide you step by step, with kindness, so that you can progress at your own pace, in a safe and trusting environment, respecting your body.

Beyond yoga, I’m also a schoolteacher and passionate about literature, reading, and writing. These worlds often intersect in the way I teach: with curiosity, deep listening, and sensitivity.
