Soft Vinyasa Flow

This class offers a mindful approach to traditional Vinyasa, ideal for those seeking both movement and gentleness. The sequences are gentle, the movements are conscious, and the variations make the practice accessible.

Yin Yoga

Discover the gentle power of Yin Yoga. This slow and meditative practice targets the connective tissues of your body, promoting flexibility, deep relaxation, and inner peace. Hold the poses for 3 to 5 minutes, allowing your mind to quiet down and your body to release tension.

Morning Flow

This class offers mindful movements that honor the wisdom of your body. The transitions between postures are fluid, synchronized with the breath. It’s a harmonious balance between movement and restoration.

Yin & Sound Healing
