I design each class to meet your unique needs, ensuring rapid progress in a practice space dedicated especially for you. My schedule is very flexible, adapting to your availability, whether it's early in the morning, during lunch break, or in the evening, and even on public holidays. For online sessions, I use Zoom, an easy-to-use and secure platform. All you need is a stable internet connection and to set up your camera so your entire mat is visible, allowing me to offer precise guidance. If you're near Chamonix (74400) or La Roche sur Foron (74800), I also offer the convenience of coming directly to your home.
Group classes
I am committed to offering you a personalized and kind experience in my online group yoga classes on Zoom, suitable for all levels. You are invited to enjoy various styles, including Vinyasa, Yin, and facial yoga, with each session lasting an hour. The classes are designed to be affordable, with different package options, ensuring flexibility and accessibility. I keep the group classes small to offer individual attention and personalized advice, promoting a supportive and serene environment.
