REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

  • Registration for a Yoga class with Alice Naville is confirmed upon full payment of the session.
  • Payment must be made before the start of the class. You can send proof of your payment by phone at +33 6 30 45 63 00 or by email to alicenavilleyoga@gmail.com.
  • Upon receipt of proof of payment, you will receive a Zoom link to participate in the session.

MULTIPLE SESSION CARDS

  • The 5-session card (€40) or 10-session card (€70) must be paid before the start of the first session.
  • They are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
  • They are neither exchangeable nor refundable, unfinished cards are not refunded.
  • In case of serious health problems, they can be suspended with a medical certificate from the date of presentation of the certificate.

REFERRAL OFFER: FREE YOGA SESSION

  • The offer is only valid when the invited friend registers for the first time for a class.
  • The free session is offered to you after confirmation of your friend’s registration and payment.
  • The free session must be used within 30 days of its allocation.
  • There is no limit to the number of friends you can invite.
  • The offer may be modified or canceled at any time without notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation more than 24 hours before the class: If you cancel your participation in a class at least 24 hours before its start, the class will not be refunded but can be used for a next session within a maximum period of 30 days.
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before the class: If you cancel your participation in a class less than 24 hours before its start, the class will not be refunded, and the class cannot be rescheduled; you will then receive the replay of the session.

AGREEMENT AND CONFIRMATION

  • Participation in a class implies full understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • Your registration and payment are considered acknowledgment and signature of this agreement.

CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANT

  • In case of cancellation before March 1st, 2024: A refund of the amount paid will be made, except for a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total price, which will be retained by the organizer as cancellation fees.
  • In case of cancellation after March 1st, 2024: The payment made by the participant will not be refunded. We encourage participants to consider this policy before proceeding with registration.

CANCELLATION BY THE ORGANIZER

  • In case of cancellation of the Yoga retreat by the organizer, for any reason and at any time, a full refund of the amounts paid will be made immediately to the participants.

Number of Participants: The retreat will be held provided a minimum of 8 participants is reached. The maximum number of participants is set at 12. If there are fewer than 8 participants, the retreat will be canceled. The deposit paid by the participants will then be fully refunded.

Confirmation of the Retreat: The final confirmation of the retreat will be announced on March 31st, 2024, or when at least 8 registrations are validated. We advise against making non-refundable reservations (such as flights, trains, additional hotel nights) before this date. Indeed, any additional costs incurred by the participant will not be reimbursed by the organizer in case of retreat cancellation.

Participation in the Yoga retreat implies understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

This cancellation policy is implemented to ensure effective and fair management of the Yoga retreat.
