Yoga classes

SINGLE COURSE

  • Registration for a Yoga class with Alice Naville is confirmed upon full payment of the session.
  • Payment must be made before the start of the class. 
  • Upon receipt of proof of payment, you will receive a Zoom link to participate in the session.

5 SESSION CARDS

  • The 5-session card must be paid before the start of the first session.
  • The card is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
  • The card is neither exchangeable nor refundable, unfinished cards are not refunded.
  • In case of serious health problems, it can be suspended with a medical certificate from the date of presentation of the certificate.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation by the participant : Due to the constraints related to session organization and the fees incurred by the payment platform, no refund will be issued after the purchase of a yoga class and registration for a session, regardless of the reason provided. However, you will receive the replay of the session in case of absence.

  • Cancellation by the organizer : If fewer than two students are registered for the yoga class, it will be canceled by the organizer. A voucher will then be given to the registered student, allowing them to participate in another class of their choice within three months.

AGREEMENT AND CONFIRMATION

  • Participation in a class implies full understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • Your registration and payment are considered acknowledgment and signature of this agreement.

PROGRAMS

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

Registration for a yoga program with Alice Naville is confirmed upon full payment of the program.
Payment must be made before the start of the program.
Once proof of payment is received, you will be provided with all necessary information to participate in the program.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation by the participant:
In the event of cancellation by the participant, regardless of the reason or timing, the payment made will not be refunded. We encourage participants to carefully consider this policy before proceeding with registration.

Cancellation by the organizer:
If the yoga program is canceled by the organizer, regardless of the reason or timing, a full refund of the amounts paid will be issued immediately to participants.

AGREEMENT AND CONFIRMATION

Participation in a program implies full understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Your registration and payment serve as acknowledgment and agreement to these terms.

RETREATS

CANCELLATION BY THE PARTICIPANT : in the event of cancellation by the participant, regardless of the reason or timing, the payment made will not be refunded. We encourage participants to carefully consider this policy before proceeding with registration.

CANCELLATION BY THE ORGANIZER : if the yoga retreat is canceled by the organizer, regardless of the reason or timing, a full refund of the amounts paid will be issued immediately to participants.

Number of Participants : the retreat will proceed only if a minimum of 8 participants is reached. The maximum number of participants is 13. If fewer than 8 participants register, the retreat will be canceled, and any deposit paid by participants will be fully refunded.

Retreat Confirmation : final confirmation of the retreat will be announced once at least 8 registrations have been validated. We strongly advise against making non-refundable bookings (such as flights, trains, or additional hotel stays) before receiving this confirmation. Any additional expenses incurred by the participant will not be refunded by the organizer in case of retreat cancellation.

Participation in the yoga retreat implies full understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

This cancellation policy is established to ensure fair and efficient management of the yoga retreat.
