PERSONALIZED CLASSES
Gentle and restorative yoga, dynamic and intense yoga, meditation, relaxation, breathing. Also on the program: self-massage, intuitive dance, sharing circle, gratitude & journaling, intuitive writing, mantras & sound healing.
INNER COLORS WORKSHOP
PAINTING: hands become brushes, color becomes language. Through movements, shapes emerge spontaneously, raw, vibrant. This workshop invites you to paint without a brush, without expectation, without judgment.
HEART WALK WORKSHOP
WALK: a mindful and rejuvenating walk around Casa Olta, to open yourself to the beauty of the landscapes, breathe fully and let yourself be inspired by the surrounding nature. A workshop in movement, both contemplative and alive, to open yourself to the beauty of the present.
NATURE
The house is located on an agricultural plateau surrounded by lavender and other plantations, with a view of the lower Alps. Designed for moments of disconnection linked to well-being. A heartfelt haven filled with welcoming spaces to create an unforgettable pause.
MEALS
The meals are organic, vegetarian and based on Ayurvedic principles. Cooking is a passion for chef Rami. He will take you on a journey with dishes from around the world and new flavors! Specialized in vegetarian cuisine, he takes pride in ensuring the dishes are delicious.
ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation consists of comfortable and welcoming rooms, equipped with two or three single beds. The property has five bedrooms and four bathrooms.

All classes will be offered each day. However, participants have complete freedom:
- For those wishing for a full immersive Yoga experience, it will be possible to participate in all classes.

j'ai beaucoup aimé avoir des journées rythmées par les cours du matin jusqu'au au soir avec tout de même du temps libre entre chaque cours (+ le midi) pour prendre le temps de se laisser vivre, profiter du lieu, discuter, lire, etc. Moi qui ai participé à tous les cours, c'était le bon équillibre.
